is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization which supports the study, performance and enjoyment of Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical music. Members include ardent listeners, concert-goers, scholars, collectors, instrument builders and musicians...
from amateurs to professionals.

Early Music News
Publication
Our publication Early Music News provides an extensive calendar of early music concerts, workshops and classes throughout the Los Angeles, San Bernadino, and Orange County areas, as well as articles, CD reviews, and notices of informal music-making. The publication is emailed to Society members and friends in PDF format.

Early Music Events
Calendars
Early Music Around Town
is our online event calendar which offers a timely shortlist of local early music concerts & events. An extensive calendar is included in each issue of Early Music News publication. The Society also compiles a comprehensive Master Calendar online, which features an entire season of concerts and events submitted to SCEMS.
